Our Story
“Photography eluded me for a while. I always liked art especially tattoos however never had the skill to draw which meant that was not the path meant for me. I was born in Hungary but lived in and graduated from Vancouver BC Canada. Originally I planned to be a lawyer however when I discovered photography in 2014 the interest and love for the craft outweighed my original plan to dedicate myself to countless office hours as an attorney. I started working as a receptionist in the hotel industry while I enhanced my photography skills. I love creating powerful and meaningful pictures that tells a story or create ones that means a lot for someone. I tried my hand in many aspects from street, nature and landscape, portrait, product and wedding photography. The one I loved the most was weddings and any style of photoshoot where I could work with people. Through my years as a receptionist I was able to handle working with people much better since only doing photography did not enhance any communication skills. But I still did not feel that I was at the right place and doing what I wanted the most. That is why I had the idea to create Luminogram a photography service where I would be able to combine what I learned through the hospitality industry and do what I love the most which is photography. With the help of a team of unbelievably talented people we want to tell truly special stories of people visiting Budapest and create wonderful pictures in which we immortalize their memories so they can always relive them in years to come.”

Luminogram was a combination of many ideas that came together over the years. At first the idea of creating a professional photography service for tourists came in 2019. At that time we did not even know this kind of service was even available anywhere in the world. Did we feel special and smart to come up with such a brilliant and original idea? Yes! Was that the case? Of course not!
All right so there are services just like us. Then why are we special? What is our main goal? Our principle? At who do we aim this service at? These were the first of many questions that came to mind. Over the years it became more and more clear. Our strength comes from not forgetting why we wanted to do this in the first place. To not look at this as a business but as a passion project to do what we love, taking amazing pictures! An artist’s work is at its best if the fire of passion is still there and in basicality we are selling artistic work.
Our photographers will take you to the most beautiful locations Hungary has to offer and provide a photoshoot for you. In the process we will show you around since the best way to get to know a new place is with the help of a local. We also want to get to know you as a person and while we do these things we will capture your new experiences when you immerse yourself in our special country, culture and landscape.
It does not matter if you are with your significant other or with your family, everyone shares journeys only with the most special persons which creates the most special times in the individual's life. Time and memories are untouchable and they pass exceptionally fast with time however with the help of a camera we can solidify these priceless moments for you to take as souvenirs and keep reliving them as long as you want.
